Parent: #774. Builds on captured network evidence and script export.

Need

REA has live browser network evidence; agents also need to inspect retained HAR/mitmproxy captures and selected binary WebSocket or ongoing SSE messages. Imported producer evidence must not fabricate browser transaction IDs or scenario provenance.

Scope

  • Separate historical capture adapters from browser capture and a provider-neutral shared import/inspection workflow. Integrate maintained upstream parsers/exporters rather than recreate their wire formats; pin and document exact upstream profiles.
  • Preserve producer fields, ordering, timestamps, paths, digests, body representations and uncertainty. Retain caller-selected local evidence, while excluding transport authentication credentials from persisted Evidence.
  • Selected binary WebSocket payload bytes and explicit protocol decoding through replaceable mature codecs. Do not infer a schema from arbitrary data.
  • Ongoing SSE messages at observation cutoff through producer events; distinguish message evidence from a completed HTTP response body.

Acceptance

Representative producer-authored HAR and mitmproxy fixtures, malformed/base64/encoding/duplicate lifecycle cases and CLI/MCP parity. Real Chrome WebSocket/SSE fixture including binary bytes and messages received before a stream completes. Test exact bytes and cleanup; extend the matching conditional provider CI. No custom replay engine or arbitrary packet language.
