In .agents/skills/reverse-engineer-anything/SKILL.md, the "Connect only when needed" section states the setup install limit twice:

• "REA setup never installs or upgrades Node.js, npm, Homebrew, Java, Ghidra, IDA, JADX, Kuna, Binwalk, or Unblob."
• "REA setup never installs or upgrades unrelated software, including Node.js, npm, Homebrew, Java, Ghidra, IDA, JADX, Kuna, Binwalk or Unblob."

The second sentence repeats the first a few lines later. Removing it keeps the rule and shortens the skill an agent loads.

This appears resolved on main: commit 0a0f98ca4 removed the repeated sentence, and SKILL.md now states the setup install limit once. I think this can be closed.
