Client Integration Status Update

REA provides first-class support for Codex through:

1. rea setup --client codex: automatically registers the MCP server in Codex configuration.
2. Official packaged skill located at .agents/skills/reverse-engineer-anything/.

Publishing to the Codex Plugin Store / Marketplace can be tracked once the distribution manifest format is finalized upstream.
