Before submitting

  • I searched the existing issues for a related documentation report.
  • I removed credentials, tokens, private paths, and sensitive target data.

Documentation location

CHANGELOG.md line 50, the 6.8.0 release notes, generated by Release Please.

Problem

The 6.8.0 notes say REA can "attribute MMIO peripheral regions in native disassembly". 959ab0c10 ("refactor(firmware): remove unused hardware attribution scaffolding") removed those modules before the release, so 6.8.0 does not have that capability.

Expected content

An erratum in the next release notes, or a corrected 6.8.0 entry.

Supporting evidence

959ab0c10 is an ancestor of the rea-agents-6.8.0 tag, and that tag's tree contains no MMIO attribution modules, while its CHANGELOG.md:50 still advertises the capability.
