📄 Description

Windows reference-source preflight tests compare a raw path with JSON text, where backslashes are escaped. Check the decoded message in both ordinary and full-output envelopes, preserving the path, remediation, exit-status, and logging assertions. Also format the SVG ancestry check to restore the static CI gate.

The older EVM, firmware, Qwen, and browser cleanup failures are already addressed by #1618, #1616, and #1622. Revalidated those regressions on current main in a Linux x64 container with Node 24.18.0 and npm 11.16.0.

Validation:

npm run check:ci: passed.
Linux x64: 67 affected boundary tests passed, plus both firmware permission-recovery cases passed as an unprivileged account. Two host-refusal cases were intentionally skipped.
macOS: all five applicable reference-source import status cases passed; two Windows-only cases skipped.
Native Windows verification remains pending in CI. Synthetic EVM and firmware producers exercise production process boundaries; these runs do not verify real external engines.
