Summary

add an Android-specific Playwright cache fallback before browser modules load
retain Termux exec interception for Chromium and use the Android-compatible Chromium flags
add a Termux build script using an isolated TypeScript 5.9 compiler because TypeScript 7 has no Android native compiler package
cover Android launch options and environment propagation

Real Chromium 138.0.7204.168 capture through capture-browser-scenario: loaded a local HTTP page and captured URL plus DOM.

Notes

The Android launch path uses Chromium --no-sandbox --single-process. This is required on Termux because its Chromium renderer cannot cross Android executable boundaries in Playwright multi-process mode.
