The 18 translated READMEs still said 50,000 GitHub stars in their Star history banner. This changes them to 80,000 to match the English README in #1752. The repository has 80,147 stars.

The only change is the leading digit of each number. Each locale keeps its existing number format: 80,000 (ar, ja, ko, th, zh, zh-TW), 80.000 (de, es, id, it, pt-BR, tr, vi), 80 000 (fr, pl, ru, uk), and Persian digits ۸۰٬۰۰۰ (fa). The surrounding translated text is untouched.

Validation: oxfmt --check README_*.md, plus a diff check that each changed line differs only in its leading digit (5→8, ۵→۸).
