Frozen current main 33b9b31a fails the unchanged npm run jscpd gate: 8,476 duplicated lines out of 338,754 total lines (approximately 2.5021%), exceeding the configured 2.5% threshold. The same totals appear in the static check of #1443.

The diagnostic PR changes only an Android fixture that is excluded by the scanner. This is a combined-main regression after the independently green comparison work merged. The new javascriptApplicationChangeGraph.test.ts contributes three reported clones with existing version-comparison/relationship tests: imports, graph construction and paired projection input.

Keep the meaningful right-hand Evidence provenance regression and the existing threshold. Reuse the established application-graph fixture owner to remove duplicated node construction, then verify the complete duplicate-code scan and adjacent comparison workflows.

Independent reproduction uses pinned Node 24.18.0 with two CPUs and the normal process-family guard. No provider or runtime behavior is implicated. Searched open issues/PRs; the earlier broad duplication roadmap #172 is closed.
