Summary

Resolve single-wildcard package exports and imports patterns in the static JavaScript dependency graph.
Prefer exact keys, then apply Node-compatible prefix and suffix precedence.
Revalidate substituted targets through the existing package-boundary checks.

Verification

171 focused domain, application, and filesystem boundary tests passed.
npm run check:fast passed.
