Summary

Adds a Bangla (বাংলা, bn) edition: README_bn.md and a complete website catalog (website/locales/bn/messages.po, 1,728/1,728 messages). Bangla has ~270M speakers; REA had no Bengali edition. No linked issue: this follows the existing translation workflow in website/locales/README.md and needs no architecture change.

Change and scope

New README_bn.md (code blocks, links, badges unchanged; commands match README.md).
New website/locales/bn/messages.po; bn registered in website/locales/languages.json.
[বাংলা](README_bn.md) appended to the language bar of all README editions.
README_bn.md added to tests/conformance/readmeConsistency.test.ts.
Shared HTML and catalog source references regenerated with python3 scripts/website.py sync and translations extract (no msgstr changes in other catalogs; the large diff is line-number/reference churn from the extract tool).

Terminology keeps common technical terms in English (agent, MCP, function, call, assembly, pseudocode, trace) as Bangla-speaking developers use them; product names and commands are untouched.
