Summary

Reconciled the original native IDA MCP contribution with main, corrected profile naming and the two-function marker verifier, and documented provider prerequisites.

This follow-up was closed after its history and changes were folded into the canonical contribution, #1544. Further implementation, validation, review and CI continue there.

Historical verification scope

Verified with Windows IDA Pro 9.3 using the legacy Python MCP path. Production CLI/MCP checks, a unique second-function marker, restoration, original-input identity and connection cleanup passed. This historical head does not establish native Windows plugin correctness. No personal paths or license registration information are included.
