Summary

Sync README_tr.md with the current English README product and setup information.
Add the missing Go, WASM, SQLite, packet-summary, and Fiddler Everywhere coverage details.
Document Bun update requirements and bunx usage alongside the existing npm/npx commands.
Translate the remaining English disclaimer and license paragraphs.

This is a documentation-only change; it does not change runtime behavior, package contents, or CLI/MCP contracts.

npm run format:check -- README_tr.md
npm run test:local -- tests/conformance/readmeConsistency.test.ts (2 tests passed)
Verified all relative links in README_tr.md resolve from the repository root.
