Summary

Adds docs/readme/README_el.md, a Greek (Ελληνικά) translation of the English README.md, mirroring the conventions of the existing 18 sibling translations in docs/readme/.

Background

REA ships READMEs in 18 languages in docs/readme/ (zh, zh-TW, ja, ko, tr, ru, vi, th, de, es, fr, uk, pl, pt-BR, ar, fa, id, it and the source English at the repo root). Greek was missing despite being widely used in open-source work. This complements the Hindi translation PR (same structure, same path conventions).

Change

New file: docs/readme/README_el.md (35,132 bytes, 312 lines, Greek throughout the prose).
Mirrors docs/readme/README_de.md conventions exactly:
- Language header [English](../../README.md) (relative up two levels) and README_xx.md siblings.
- Badge links use ../mcp-contracts.md, ../../LICENSE, ../assets/rea-hopper-analysis.png, ../assets/discord.svg.
- Body doc links use ../installation.md, ../cli.md, ../mcp-contracts.md, etc. — relative-up-one for files in docs/, relative-up-two for files at the repo root (SECURITY.md, DISCLAIMER.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, LICENSE, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md).
Placed **Ελληνικά** after Italiano in the language header.
Translated "Quick start" → Γρήγορη εκκίνηση, "Showcases" → Παραδείγματα, "FAQ" → Συχνές ερωτήσεις, "Documentation" → Τεκμηρίωση, "How REA works" → Πώς λειτουργεί το REA, "What you can analyze" → Τι μπορείτε να αναλύσετε, "Discord" stays "Discord".
Kept the **You must legally obtain and be authorized to use commercial tools**... paragraph verbatim in English (per sibling convention).
Kept the REA-authored code is licensed under MIT. Third-party material retains its own licenses... block verbatim in English (matching German/Russian siblings).
Explicit <a id="current-status"> and <a id="choosing-a-deep-analysis-provider"> markers preserved so the badges and in-page anchors land correctly.
Star count reads "180.000 αστέρια στο GitHub — ευχαριστούμε!" matching the current English source (180,000, not 110,000 from older siblings).
Table rows present in the current English source (Go binaries, WASM artifact, SQLite databases, Saved network captures, Firmware, Recorded packets, Packet summaries, Recorded logic signals, Packages and resources, Process behavior) translated fresh from English; older German/Russian siblings lack some of these.

Out of scope

No source code change.
No CLI/MCP contract change.
No docs generation change.

Validation

All badge URLs, image paths, and document links verified against the German sibling at the same path.
All anchor markers preserved.
Cannot run the docs:check lint locally (no npm install in this environment); parent CI is the source of truth.

Open questions

Header entry position: I placed **Ελληνικά** after Italiano in the alphabetical slot for that region. If the project keeps translations in chronological-add order, that's a one-line reorder on maintainer request.
Greek GitHub anchor slugification: should work (consistent with Cyrillic/German transliteration), but only github.com rendering can confirm.

Happy to renumber or reposition the header entry on maintainer request.
