📄 Description

The captured main revision cannot pass its build/static gate: Devin is registered with an undeclared devin format, a Ghidra MCP test imports join twice, and a client lifecycle fixture destructures untyped string arrays under noUncheckedIndexedAccess.

Select the existing JSON dialect for Devin, matching the existing lifecycle and configuration expectations. Remove the duplicate import and retain tuple types in the fixture. Restore formatting in the two files also rejected by the repository format check.

Validation: 78 existing client lifecycle/configuration tests, the affected CLI/Ghidra MCP boundary tests, npm run check, and compiled build passed on macOS. No live client configuration was changed or exercised.
