Summary

Add JEB endpoint discovery to setup and doctor:

Expose rea doctor --provider jeb with syntax-only endpoint validation.
Preserve the exact selected REA_JEB_MCP_URL in approved setup registrations.
Show dedicated JEB commands for JEB-only setups.
Document registration in the guides and translated READMEs.

Conflict resolution

Merged main in 4d4a6701e:

Combined JEB and Kuna provider wiring and documentation.
Included Kuna in the binary-provider guard.
Preserved CLI and SQLite test discovery.
Reused one parsed JEB registration for setup and doctor.

GitHub now reports no merge conflicts.

Validation

Executed on Linux with Node 24.18.0 and npm 11.16.0:

99 focused tests passed across 13 files.
All 1,442 test files discovered exactly once.
npm run check
npm run check:fast
npm run docs:check, including 5 README consistency tests.
npm run verify:package
npm pack --dry-run --json
Compiled CLI checks for unset, valid, trailing-slash, and invalid-route JEB endpoints.
Codex setup dry-run preserved the endpoint without writing client configuration.

No live analysis engine was verified. Registration validation does not establish JEB availability or project binding.
