Summary

The Greek README merged in #2985 lacks five current guide/source references, causing docs:check to fail. Add the official-source notice, Rust analysis row, and GNU objdump/Rizin guide paragraph in Greek, preserving the canonical URLs and relative document paths.

The documentation checker compares link destinations, not English wording. The additions preserve the Greek translation while restoring the missing references.

Validation

npm run docs:check: passed, including all five README conformance tests.
node scripts/check-doc-facts.mjs: passed after formatting.
oxfmt --check docs/readme/README_el.md and git diff --check: passed.
Validation ran on the pinned Node.js 24.18.0.
