Summary

Add a repository-managed Cloud Agent environment so agents on this repo install the Node version pinned in .nvmrc and then run npm ci.
.cursor/environment.json runs bash .cursor/install.sh. There is no start script: the CLI and MCP server are stdio processes started on demand, not boot daemons.

Validation

bash .cursor/install.sh completed twice (second run did not re-download Node).
npm run check:fast, npm run test:fast (6613 passed, 4 skipped), npm run test:python, and npm run build:cached passed.
analyze-javascript-application on a sample Electron app paired the notes:search IPC channel with its main handler.
