Summary

The official-source IMPORTANT notice appeared as literal [!IMPORTANT] text because it was inside the centered HTML header. GitHub alerts cannot be nested in other elements (official syntax).

Close the header before the notice and reopen it afterward. Apply the same markup fix to all 20 README editions. The notice stays in place; its text, links, other centered content and Persian RTL attributes are preserved. No translated wording or website files are changed.

Verification

GitHub's actual Markdown API reproduces the original failure: zero IMPORTANT alert elements, literal [!IMPORTANT] displayed.
Before/after rendering of all 20 complete READMEs: each corrected file has exactly one markdown-alert-important element and no raw marker. Rendered link/image targets are identical.
Removing only the two inserted HTML boundaries recovers each original source exactly.
Scoped pinned oxfmt --check and git diff --check passed.

No new tests were added or local repository test suites run. No runtime, schema, provider, configuration or release-version change. CI still needs to validate this head.
