Fixes #3167

Update the inspect-recorded-crash positional path description so CLI help and exported schema reflect the documented Linux ELF64 core profiles:

x86-64
AArch64

This is a metadata-only correction; recorded-crash parsing and decoder behavior are unchanged.

Validation:

verified current upstream source advertises only Local Linux amd64 ELF core
verified the recorded-crash domain/contract already describe Linux ELF cores with x86-64/AArch64 support
diff is limited to the CLI argument description in src/cli/binaryDiagnosticsCommands.ts

Local test execution is unavailable in this environment because the runtime cannot resolve GitHub for cloning/installing dependencies; CI should provide the authoritative verification.
