Summary

Reorder the homepage for first-time readers: compact setup, a plain-language workflow, then the dinosaur and Calculator examples. Keep the authored comparisons, code, verification details, showcases, and blog links available through native disclosures.
Expand Get started into a guided Windows, macOS, and Linux setup path, with coding-client choices, Hopper/Ghidra/IDA requirements, troubleshooting, and a first supplied investigation. Keep platform and curl installation links on the website.
Complete the 16 previously incomplete Get started translations and correct concrete existing mistranslations without changing commands, code, or evidence. Preserve main's newly added, intentionally partial Greek catalog and its labeled, nonindexable English fallback.
Generalize fragment navigation so links reveal their target and enclosing disclosures. Make the translation regression use a purpose-built fixture instead of depending on mutable homepage prose.

Verification

The integrated current main passes the complete website check and its 12 maintenance regressions: 362 HTML pages, 23,847 local references, generated assets, SEO, and publication ownership.
38 browser locale/base-path combinations pass for the 19 ready language editions at both / and /rea/: 152 platform/curl destinations, command and prompt copying, the Notes ZIP, providers, expanded 320px layouts, RTL, themes, and native disclosures without JavaScript. Greek fallback is separately verified at both paths.
All tracked files pass formatting. The pre-existing untracked local note is excluded from this PR and was not changed.
Reviewed catalog conflict resolution structurally: upstream changed only extracted source references in the 18 existing catalogs, not their message identities or translations. Re-extracted references from the merged English pages.
Confirmed npm's current rea-agents release is 6.4.0. Installation/provider statements retain release-versus-main distinctions.
Native installers and analysis providers were not executed for this static-site change. Historical case-study evidence and recorded versions remain unchanged.

Review follow-up

Confirmed the IDA release gap against the actual npm 6.4.0 tarball. The native GUI bridge and verified macOS headless profile now explicitly require a source build or a release containing those integrations. Source-checkout commands use the built dispatcher instead of npm's release runner; all additions are translated across the 18 complete catalogs (1711/1711 each).
Default removal now uses npx rea-agents@latest uninstall, without assuming a global CLI exists.
Corrected the inherited Notes reference answer in Japanese and Korean, plus the same missing-action errors in Arabic, Persian, and Thai. Both beginner-page contexts now agree; valid translations and code/evidence literals are preserved.
Re-ran the complete website check and its 12 regressions. Focused browser verification passes 38 locale/base-path combinations for release guidance, exact protected code/block identities, removal, and both reference-answer contexts.
Retained the concurrent Korean corrections from main, resolving only the skip-link wording conflict.
Confirmed the Linux curl PATH gap in install.sh. A single additional instruction uses the installer's reported executable path and shows the quoted default Linux command, without changing PATH or the installer. Another 38 browser locale/base-path combinations pass for that instruction.
The shared native prompt now respects the reader's configured provider rather than selecting Ghidra after Hopper/IDA setup. Three subject-changing Korean case-title mistranslations and their directly related consumers are corrected; other prose stays unchanged. Another 38 locale/base-path browser combinations pass for these fixes.
All six confirmed review threads have evidence-backed replies and are resolved. Final head 9d9dd8ee3ee19b2d7ac9ecdae2c5bc3b4ff08332 passes all selected CI checks and Greptile's final review (5/5, no new blocking findings). Codex automated review could not run because its repository usage allowance was exhausted; it is not counted as a pass.
