📄 Description

Syncs the Turkish README (docs/readme/README_tr.md) with the current English edition. Five passages were missing:

Quick start: Linux procps-compatible ps prerequisite note
"What you can analyze" table: Linux ps requirement on the JavaScript/Electron row
Offline native inspection with caller-supplied GNU objdump and Rizin
FAQ (Hopper): complete the first-run prompt in the same user session; open Hopper manually if needed
FAQ (bugs): bun add --global update path

Shell examples are unchanged, so readmeConsistency still matches the English edition. Prettier check passes.
