Proposal for maintainer review. Builds on #3903 (includes its commits).

Summary

Identity: custom REA wordmark in the header, footer, favicon and sharing card. Warm paper and ink palette with a muted lime for code highlights; self-hosted Geist and Geist Mono (OFL).
Homepage: rebuilt around a calculator teardown. A hero over a photograph of a calculator laid out piece by piece, then three workflow cards, the dinosaur and Calculator examples with LCD answers, case studies, RL environments and a closing setup section. The original code, checks and the Calculator manual/agent comparison stay on the page behind "See how it was found".
Live counts: GitHub stars in the header and a 30-day npm downloads chart under the hero command load in the browser and stay hidden when unavailable.
Shared design: new header and footer on every page; reading components (prompts, code blocks, disclosures, callouts) restyled to match. Get started replaces its table of contents with a sticky step rail.
Theme and motion: light is the default; dark applies only after choosing it. One-time entrance and scroll reveals (word masks, photo wipes, LCD segments) that turn off with reduced motion and never leave content hidden without JavaScript.
Index pages: Showcases, Guides and Blog become card grids (photo cards with platform marks, icon cards, article cards). The FAQ topic list follows the reading position and the page ends with a help card.
Dark hero: the dark theme swaps in the same teardown photographed on charcoal.
Removed: the probe-station figure and its build kit, and the percent demo. The dinosaur mini-game stays in the dino lab.
Translations: new strings and the strings that came in with the RL environments guide are machine-translated for the 19 reviewed catalogs. Please review.

Photographs in website/public/assets/photos/ were generated for this page and show generic hardware, not the inspected programs. README.md, style-guide.md and AGENTS.md are updated. This changes the documented visual system and needs a maintainer decision before integration.

Validation performed

python3 scripts/website.py check: exit 0, 27 tests OK
translations status: 19 catalogs at 1803/1803; ml, ro and ur-Latn unchanged (mostly untranslated before this PR)
oxfmt@0.72.0 --check on changed website files: formatted
Headless Chrome screenshots: 1440px and 390px, Arabic RTL at 390px, Get started with the step rail

Known gaps

Not checked: Safari, Firefox, the /rea/ base path, motion timing in a real browser.
Existing explanatory SVG figures in guides and showcases still use the previous blue.
