Summary

Add a pinned Nix flake, package, development shell, and installed CLI/MCP/setup/native-PTY smoke tests for x86_64-linux.
Recognize NixOS independently of Hopper package support; keep automated Hopper installation disabled.
Preserve runtime PATH in generated MCP registrations and document Nix installation and verbosity.

Validation

Passed: nix build ., nix flake check ., nix run . -- --version.
Passed: 85 focused LinuxHopper and Doctor tests; npm run check:fast.
Not run: broader npm package verification or real analysis-provider verification.
Deferred: automatic Nix fallback on unsupported distributions. Optional Frida bindings are excluded from the Nix package.

Author readiness

I have reviewed and own the complete final diff.
I have checked the validation evidence and its limitations.
