Summary

This PR synchronizes and audits the Arabic documentation entry point (docs/readme/README_ar.md) to bring it into 100% parity with the canonical README.md.

Key Changes

Analysis Targets Table: Added missing entries for Go binaries, WASM artifacts, SQLite databases, and updated Rust binaries coverage and Linux prerequisites (procps-compatible ps).
Tooling & Package Managers: Added Bun 1.2.17+ installation commands (bun add --global, bunx) alongside existing Node/npm workflows.
Deep Analysis & Providers: Documented objdump/Rizin offline inspection, startup timeout environment variables (REA_GHIDRA_STARTUP_TIMEOUT_MS, REA_HOPPER_STARTUP_TIMEOUT_MS), and the Kuna provider link.
Troubleshooting & Legal: Completed translation for macOS first-run Hopper prompt handling, the Disclaimer, and commercial tool licensing terms (IDA Pro, Hopper, JEB).
Parity Verification: Validated 100% link parity (91/91 identical target links) and matched all shell command blocks to satisfy repository conformance tests.
