Summary

node scripts/rea.mjs analyze <path> fails at runtime with HopperRemoteError: Hopper request failed (-32000): Unknown bridge method.

Repro

Ensure Hopper is available.
Run:
- node scripts/rea.mjs analyze --format md /usr/bin/true
Observe output:
- error: HopperRemoteError
- message: Hopper request failed (-32000): Unknown bridge method

Root cause

CLI runDirectAnalysis was directly calling session.execute("binary_overview", ...) against the raw Hopper client.
binary_overview is an enhanced workflow (composed in EnhancedTools) and is not implemented as a direct bridge method in bridge/hopper_bridge.py.

Fix

Update src/application/DirectAnalysis.ts so binary_overview is routed through EnhancedTools while procedure_pseudo_code continues as direct bridge call.

Resolved in the current application routing: binary_overview executes through EnhancedTools, while direct bridge operations remain on the provider session. A live HOPPER_LAUNCHER_PATH=/opt/hopper/bin/Hopper node scripts/rea.mjs analyze --format md /bin/true run returned a valid binary_overview Evidence record; no Unknown bridge method error occurred. Full checks and packaged CLI verification also passed.
