Summary

Fixes #4201.

WASM artifact acquisition and UTF-8 decoding failures now retain the selected caller argument and array index. Primary module failures continue to use path; candidate and glue failures use candidate_paths / glue_paths with the original index.

Validation

npm ci
npm run test:focused -- src/wasm/WabtArtifactProvider.test.ts tests/boundary/mcp/wasmArtifactMcp.test.ts (32 passed)
GitHub #4201 reproduction replay: 8 CLI cases and 10 stdio MCP cases passed; inputs unchanged and temporary runtime cleaned

git diff --check

Real WABT binaries, other operating systems, access-denied and changing-file variants were not run. The PR remains draft for maintainer review and human readiness.
