📄 Description

What

Adds docs/readme/README_ur.md, a complete Urdu (اردو) translation of the README, and adds the اردو entry to the language navigation in README.md and every existing docs/readme/README_*.md.

Why

The README is offered in 19 languages but Urdu is missing (the set includes Arabic and Persian, but not Urdu). Urdu is one of the most widely spoken languages, with a large reverse-engineering and security community, so a native translation makes REA easier to adopt for those readers.

Approach

Translated prose, headings, the "What you can analyze" capability table, FAQ, disclaimer, contributing and license sections.
Kept product names, commands, code blocks, flags, env vars, file paths and URLs unchanged.
Followed the existing translated-README convention: relative paths (../, ../../), the current language shown bold, website links on the base rea.tools domain, and in-page nav anchors matching the translated headings.
Inserted the اردو link right after فارسی in every language nav for consistency.

No source or build files are touched; this is documentation only.
