Summary

Update the Star history celebration from 250,000 to 300,000 GitHub stars in the English README and all 19 translations, following #3971. Each file changes exactly one localized numeral; all other bytes, wording, separators, and digit styles are preserved.

Documentation-only milestone update requested by the repository owner; no separate issue or maintainer capability-scope decision is needed. No runtime, provider, contract, package, or generated metadata changes.

Validation performed

Pinned Node.js 24.18.0 / npm 11.16.0 with npm ci.

npm run docs:check — passed, including all 5 README consistency tests.
npm run check:fast — passed through the normal pre-push hook.
oxfmt --check README.md docs/readme/README_*.md — passed for all 20 files.
git diff --check — passed.
Byte-for-byte comparison against base c192c5881: exactly one localized milestone numeral changed in each of the 20 README files, matching the language inventory; everything else is identical.

No real-provider checks apply to this documentation-only change. Hosted CI run 39030232657 is running on c395c327da10080183bbf99e170c5b71fdeb9b5a: Static checks, Docs Generation, and Portable tests have passed; Website checks and the aggregate result are pending.
