Summary

Restore main's static CI gate by formatting the keyed-archive CLI/MCP regression test with the locked formatter. One file, one call expression; test assertions and product behavior are unchanged.

Problem and expected behavior

Main at 7aa4b98c9 fails npm run check:ci: oxfmt --check . reports this single file. Failing main job. The same failure was reproduced locally before applying the formatter. This is a standalone CI repair; no separate issue was opened for the mechanical correction.

Change and scope

Wrap the long inspect_keyed_archive call using oxfmt. The existing formatting gate catches the original failure; no new formatter-specific test is needed.

Semantic owner: test-source formatting, enforced by format:check.
Contribution scope: ordinary CI repair; additional maintainer scope decision not applicable.
CLI/MCP, provider, Evidence, authority, cleanup, package, generated metadata and installation contracts: unchanged.
Product side effects: none added.

Validation performed

Executed on Linux with Node 24.18.0 / npm 11.16.0:

Before correction, npm run format:check — failed on this file only (3,929 files examined).
npm run check:ci — passed all eight tasks and architecture guards.
npm run check — passed.
npm run test:focused -- tests/boundary/cli/keyedArchivePrototypeKeyCli.test.ts — 2/2 passed using the compiled CLI and local MCP transport; XML/binary inputs, root selection, Evidence equality and input preservation remain checked.
git diff --check — passed.

Heavy validation ran serially on two CPUs; sampled peak process-family RSS was 4.68 GiB. No runtime performance improvement is claimed. External disassemblers and native macOS workflows were not exercised; the change only reformats a Linux-runnable test.
