Summary

Qualify JEB Linux CE setup: use the verified direct headless launcher and engine-native method references, while preserving the earlier licensed-build verification scope. Correct the verifier documentation to identify its shared application/provider entrypoint.

Record the native audit: existing warm reads are already short; these findings do not justify another live-project cache. Runtime and contracts are unchanged.

Validation

Six alternating baseline workflows: 90 public stdio MCP calls + 6 real CLI parity queries over authored ELF and shipped SQLite, with independent source/nm/objdump checks, paging, stable facts/Evidence IDs, unchanged target bytes and owned cleanup.
Rebased onto main's 6.7.0 checkpoint; rebuilt and completed two additional workflows (30 MCP calls + 2 CLI parity queries). The guard-stopped SQLite attempt remains recorded separately.
npm run build:cached, npm run docs:check (5 README tests), npm run check:fast (uncached typecheck/lint on 6.7.0), formatting and diff checks passed. All heavy work used bounded process families and one CPU.
The report retains cold/warm costs, CPU/peak memory, offline serialization estimates and unsuccessful attempts. Actual model usage, GUI, CE Android/Java, other hosts and restart recovery remain unverified here. Existing reconnect work in #3754 is separate.
