In docs/user-visible-errors.csv:

Updated row 49 (rank 49) location from src/application/Doctor.ts:host to src/application/DoctorDiagnostics.ts:host and refreshed the copy to match the actual source definition, including Omarchy, recognized apt/dnf/pacman Linux distribution families, and the experimental Windows x64 Ghidra P0 boundary.
Updated row 60 (rank 60) location from src/application/Setup.ts:unsupported Linux to src/application/SetupHost.ts:unsupported Linux and refreshed the copy to match the actual source definition (Automated Hopper setup supports Ubuntu 24.04+, Fedora 41+, Nobara 44+, 64-bit Arch Linux, CachyOS, and Omarchy; configure an existing supported provider instead.).
