Summary

Fixes #5547. Clarify the existing DMG extraction restriction in MCP descriptions, CLI help and the packaged guide; explain caller-managed read-only mounting and detach responsibility. No extraction or mounting behavior is added.

Scope and upstream synchronization

Synchronized with upstream c538a843. The PE acceptance test now matches upstream entirely, including its separate PE32/PE32+ public-wrapper processes and malformed-input process coverage. The temporary WASM adapter change also matches upstream. Neither remains in this PR's net diff.

Net diff: only the original three guidance files, 11 additions and 7 deletions.

Validation

Head f9ed6c37, Windows x64, pinned Node 24.18.0, dependencies synchronized with the upstream lockfile:

npm run check: all six tasks, module boundaries and architecture guards passed.
npm run docs:check: all six tasks and five README consistency tests passed.
Upstream PE acceptance test passed (8.6 seconds).
Earlier public CLI/MCP guidance probes checked both descriptions, DMG refusal before mounting, ZIP extraction bytes and packaged reference consistency.
Previous head 77ff731a passed required CI; this synchronized head needs fresh CI.

Synthetic DMG controls do not qualify real macOS mounting. No local macOS run.
