Summary

Add regression coverage for the JavaScript summary limitation count, which is already implemented on current upstream main.

Verify distinct limitations are merged across parent Evidence, application analysis, application graph, and semantic graph.
Verify duplicate messages are counted once and output truncation does not reduce the full limitation count.

Branch status

Rebased the single test-only change onto current upstream main at 4557791a2e0b77ff08afbb886b9cd3a92b6e1aef.
Current PR diff contains only focused regression tests in analysisView.test.ts; branch is 1 commit ahead and 0 behind that base.

Validation
