Summary

Addresses #6015 by adding Puku CLI to REA's supported-client registry.

Registers puku_cli with ~/.puku-cli/.mcp.json and ~/.puku-cli/skills.
Uses settings.json or puku-cli.json inside ~/.puku-cli as the installation evidence; the directory alone no longer triggers detection.
Reuses the existing JSON mcpServers configuration and skill lifecycle behavior.
Adds Puku CLI to the supported agents table and adds lifecycle regression cases for both marker files and the no-marker state.

Validation status

Registry entry and documentation added.
Marker-file detection and regression test cases added.
Focused filesystem lifecycle tests passed.
Required CI passed.
Puku CLI configuration and skill behavior verified against a live current client.

The latest test run is not available from this integration, and the upstream workflow runs previously reported action_required. No code-test success is claimed.
