Summary

Adds hyperagent-local: local-only My Agent app (Hono/SQLite API + Vite UI) with auth, workspaces, threads, agents, skills, memories, library, marketplace, inbox, and favorites.
Wires chat end-to-end: agent selection/sampling, dictation/attachments, file context, stdio + SSE + streamable-http MCP probe/call rounds, and activity inbox links.
Hardens local readiness: workspace/skill uniqueness, SameSite=Lax sessions without startup rate-limit lockouts, duplicate-skill 409s, and honest local-mode usage copy.

Test plan

cd hyperagent-local && npm test (255+ tests)
npm run dev + web npm run dev; sign in at http://127.0.0.1:5173
Smoke Skills/Library/Marketplace/Settings MCP Test (stdio + HTTP)
Send a chat message with an agent; confirm stream + optional MCP tool round
Hard-refresh while signed in; session should survive
