📄 Description

Summary

inspect_sqlite_database follows the Node 24.15 DatabaseSync.limits property. The system Node stays 22. The MCP process uses Node 24.15 or newer.
capture_process_scenario on Windows adopts the PTY root into a Job Object compiled with csc.exe, so descendants die with the job. Terminal frames are subscribed in the same turn as spawn.
observe_native_ui and capture_native_ui_scenario accept a PE target and read the window through UI Automation and PrintWindow. Mach-O, LLDB, and Swift stay macOS-only.
Rebased onto rea-agents 6.7.0. The Windows helper now carries the same deadline signal the interruption control requires.

Test plan

src/process/capture/ProcessHarness.test.ts including the Windows descendant job and the rea-ok terminal text
src/native/NativeUiObservation.test.ts (30 tests) after the deadline signal fix
Live on pc-luiz: three falas rows, cmd.exe /c echo rea-ok with verified cleanup, Notepad nodes and PNG
Upstream maintainer review. This branch is pushed to Fuzzytech-Solutions/rea because this account cannot push to morluto/rea.
