📄 Description

FreeBuff's client guide says npm 6.7.0 is latest and support is unreleased, which becomes stale when 6.8.0 ships. State the fixed minimum version, explain older versions' unsupported-client result, and link the installation guide's client availability table.

Companion to #5004: the finalized release allows only release metadata paths, which excludes docs/client-configuration.md. This documentation correction can land independently without widening that guard. Existing native-client verification limitations remain in the guide.

Validation: checked the source diff, relative link and heading, and git diff --check. Documentation only; no native FreeBuff runtime verification.
