Summary

Update the FreeBuff guide so setup registration and skill install are described as published rea-agents@6.8.0+ behavior, not a proposed main-only integration.
Keep the existing caveat that native FreeBuff MCP loading and skill discovery remain unverified with an installed FreeBuff client.

Fixes #7199

docs/client-configuration.md still called FreeBuff a proposed integration and implied unpublished support, while npm latest accepts rea setup --client freebuff.
