Description:
Introduce a mechanism for users to propose updated versions or forks of existing tools and functions.
Proposed Changes:
Allow users to submit suggestions for improved versions, forks or related tools.
Provide clear submission guidelines and a review process for maintainers.
Benefits:
Encourages community-driven enhancements.
Helps keep the platform current with minimal clutter.

I believe this is needed. I want to see the community and ecosystem thrive but even my own tools suffer from this.
