Hello,

I discovered a bug in Open WebUI Computer where filenames containing umlauts (e.g., ä, ö, ü) are being HTML-encoded, which causes the files to no longer be found and breaks the Git Diff View.

Steps to reproduce:

Create or have a file with umlauts in its filename (e.g., Übersicht.md, Größe.txt).
Make a change that modifies the file so a diff is available.
Open the Git Diff View in Open WebUI Computer for that commit.
Observe that the file cannot be located. The filename has been HTML-encoded (e.g., \303\274 instead of ü), and the diff fails to render.

Expected behavior:
Filenames with umlauts should be handled correctly without HTML encoding, and the Git Diff View should display the diff as normal.

Actual behavior:
The filename gets HTML-encoded, the file path no longer resolves, and the Git Diff View is broken.
