Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

we added litellm today and no models appeared on the chat UI's model selector after we added the connection
then we added opus manually in the whitelisted model list -> worked
then we removed the model from the whitelist list -> click save
go check to the model selector -> still only opus appears
we open settings again -> whitelist unchanged as if we didn't edit it, as if we never deleted opus and clicked save

Interesting, openai api just works out of the box, any logs?
