When using Deepseek V4 (via Opencode Go) thinking blocks are split every 1-3 words, resulting in hundreds of tiny blocks per turn. Other models seem to work fine (eg. GLM).

This closed issue is the closest match: it concerns reasoning/thinking content handling and collapse behavior in chat. While the new report is specifically about Deepseek producing many tiny thinking blocks, both point to problems in how reasoning blocks are rendered or grouped.

FYI: endpoint format for both Deepseek and GLM is chat completions.
