feat: rename tabs via the tab-bar context menu

Feature description

Tabs currently can only be closed from the tab context menu. It would be
useful to rename non-permanent tabs directly from the tab bar — especially
since workspace tab labels are user-meaningful.

Proposed solution

Add a Rename item next to Close in the tab-bar context menu for
non-permanent tabs in both workspace and Home tab groups. Workspace tabs
update via updateTabLabel; Home tabs via an equivalent rename path.

Additional context

Implemented on a fork; small, self-contained frontend change.

🔍 Related Issues Found

I found some existing issues that might be related. Please check if any of these are duplicates or contain helpful solutions:

  1. 🟣 #198 bug: workspace display name silently reset to the path basename by routine autosaves
This is related because it concerns workspace naming/renaming behavior and the persistence of custom labels. A tab rename action for workspace tabs would likely rely on the same underlying name/label update path and could be affected by the same autosave/rename logic.

  2. 🟣 #113 feat: Workspace chat expand button using folder icon is not intuitive & add three-dot menu for quick chat deletion
This issue touches workspace chat list UX and adding contextual actions for chat items. It is the closest UI/interaction-related issue found in the workspace area, though it is about delete affordances rather than tab renaming.
