Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

it's nice to send web push notification to all enabled clients including both user's phone and PC if the browser page is closed or the notification on the page is not responding (the browser may be put in the background by android or ios)
this can be detected by if there is any sse working
one can close the page when the agent is working
