Describe the bug
The Bulgarian language (bg-BG) does not appear in Settings → General → Language in the Open WebUI Desktop app, even though it is fully available when accessing the same underlying server directly through a browser.
To Reproduce
Open Open WebUI Desktop app
Go to Settings → General → Language
Bulgarian is not listed in the dropdown
Open a regular browser and navigate to http://localhost:8080 (the embedded server the Desktop app runs)
Go to Settings → General → Language
Bulgarian is listed and works correctly
Expected behavior
The Desktop app's language dropdown should match the full list of locales bundled with the underlying Open WebUI server (which already includes bg-BG).
Versions
Desktop Version: 0.0.20
Open WebUI Version: 0.11.0
Platform: Windows (win32)
Additional context
This suggests the Desktop app may be bundling/rendering a different (possibly cached or trimmed) frontend build than the one served by its own embedded backend at localhost:8080.
