Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Open WebUI Desktop is currently only available as a Flatpak single-file bundle. Publishing it on Flathub would allow users to install the application more easily.
To achieve this, we need to add an AppStream MetaInfo file to the repository, following the Flathub MetaInfo guidelines.

@tjbck I've completed a Flatpak manifest following the guidelines: com.openwebui.open-webui.yml. Would it be okay for me to submit this to Flathub for review?
