workaround here, at least it fixed my crashing issue on Tahoe 26.3. Simply run this command in terminal. Make sure you change the path to whatever location you installed the desktop app in:
codesign --force --deep --sign - "/Applications/Open WebUI.app"

for me the linked were mixed up. tried the INTEL version on Apple Silicon, worked.
