Users frequently report setting environment variables that do not apply after a restart. This is a major friction point.

Action: Add a "Common Mistakes" or Troubleshooting section for PersistentConfig.
Clarify: Explicitly document the precedence order (Environment Variables at first run vs. Persisted Overrides).
Instruction: Show how to reset to env defaults (UI path + file/volume deletion) and how to verify the currently loaded config.
