Summary

Adds a short tutorial under tutorials/integrations/llm-providers/ for connecting Open WebUI to QuickSilver Pro, a hosted gateway for 12 frontier open-source models (DeepSeek V3/V4/R1, Qwen 3.5/3.6, Kimi K2.6, Gemini 2.5/3). Setup is two fields in Admin → Connections → OpenAI API — all 12 models then appear in the model picker automatically.

The tutorial also covers:

Per-model selection guidance (which QSP model to pick for which workload)
Reasoning toggle for thinking-by-default models (V4 Flash/Pro, R1, Qwen 3.6, Kimi K2.6)
The synthetic usage.cost field that Open WebUI's usage analytics pick up automatically
