Hi — I'm an engineer on the OrcaRouter team.

Companion docs for open-webui/open-webui#24981, which adds OrcaRouter to the OpenAI-compatible provider presets. This PR adds the corresponding documentation following the same pattern as the existing OpenRouter entry.

Changes:

docs/getting-started/quick-start/connect-a-provider/index.md — OrcaRouter added to the OpenAI-Compatible row.
docs/getting-started/quick-start/connect-a-provider/starting-with-openai-compatible.mdx — new TabItem under "Cloud Providers" matching the OpenRouter style, plus an entry in the /models behavior table.

OrcaRouter currently exposes around 150 models, so the /models table note is "auto-detection works" rather than the "thousands of models — recommend allowlist" caveat used for OpenRouter.
